Making A Purchase
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.
When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable. If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you.
Currently payment can only be made in GB Pounds.

Orders are usually despatched within 24 hours.
Delivery Charges for the United Kingdom :-
Free delivery for orders over £90.00
All other orders, Postage and Packing will be charged at 10% of the order value, with a minimum charge of £1.50
Delivery Charges for the rest of the World :-
Please contact us for all orders for Europe (including English Channel Islands), and the rest of the World and we will confirm delivery charges.

Guarantee Our aim is to guarantee your satisfaction. Our products come with a 30 day money back guarantee, provided that the goods are returned to us in the same condition as they were sent with their original packaging. Customers should also enclose a copy of the invoice received with the goods as well as their instructions for the returns department. Failure to meet these conditions may incur delays. On reciept of the returned goods, you will receive a full refund for the goods only, unless the item is faulty or has been delivered in error.

While we try and ensure that all prices on our Web site are accurate, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of goods you have ordered we will inform you as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it. If we are unable to contact you we will treat the order as cancelled. If you cancel and you have already paid for the goods, you will receive a full refund.
